A licensed and award winning REALTOR® since 1979, Marianne has been helping clients buy and sell real estate in Squamish and the Sea to Sky corridor since 1987. A proud resident since 1962, she grew up enjoying all the outdoor activities that the Sea to Sky corridor had to offer; skiing, swimming, mountain biking and hiking. After graduating from Howe Sound Secondary, Marianne went on to the University of British Columbia where she received a B.Sc. in Psychology.

In 1984 she and her husband, Van, moved from Whistler to Squamish for all the things she had loved while growing up in Squamish - a healthy, active and clean environment, perfect for raising their 3 children (and numerous dogs). Their children have enjoyed excellent schooling and are avid soccer players, bikers, snowmobilers and snow boarders.

In 1987 she joined Black Tusk Realty, now Royal LePage Black Tusk Realty and has never looked back. The market place is one she is very familiar with and loves to share the stories that make the community so interesting and vibrant. As she often says "Squamish sells itself, I just have to introduce you to it".
