Having grown up in North Vancouver, Kristi decided to move to Squamish after her initial home search throughout the Lower Mainland landed her here. She was seeking the perfect place to raise her family and buy her first home, and Squamish ticked all the boxes. Over twenty years later, it’s a decision that continues to feel right to this day. 

With a professional background in office systems management, customer service, entrepreneurship, and sales, Kristi brings strong leadership and innovative thinking to her work. She began her real estate career working with a respected local property development company in the Sea to Sky corridor, gaining valuable insight into owning, leasing, and building. She later transitioned into residential sales, where an early highlight was marketing and selling the Crumpit Woods lots alongside her colleagues at Black Tusk Realty. Over the past 13 years, Kristi has been fully committed to delivering exceptional results tailored to her clients’ goals — whether buying, selling, upsizing, downsizing, investing, or building new. She approaches her work with the philosophy reflected in her favourite quote by Robert Greene: “In order to master a field, you must love the subject and feel a profound connection to it.” 

Outside of real estate, Kristi enjoys reading, interior design, home organization, sailing with her husband, and all things health, fashion, and fitness. She is especially proud to watch her three children — now adults — pursue their own paths and passions.
