Originally from the Fiji Islands, Shabeen moved to Squamish in 2008 to join her husband and quickly fell in love with the community. Since then, she has proudly raised her two children here and embraced the lifestyle that makes Squamish so special. Living close to the river and surrounded by mountains, much of her free time is spent outdoors enjoying nature with family and friends.

Shabeen is deeply connected to the community and enjoys supporting local initiatives and events. She regularly participates in community sponsorships and fundraisers, including Sea to Sky Hospice, Hilltop House, local Christmas craft fairs, bake sales, and the SPCA.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2011, Shabeen has become known for her dedication to helping clients build long-term success through real estate. She has a particular passion for working with clients on investment portfolios and strategic goal setting. Whether someone is currently renting or purchasing their first home, Shabeen helps connect them with the right professionals and guides them step by step—from their first purchase to second, third, and even fifth transactions.
